Chris Cullen provides professional entertainment services, including but not limited to magic shows, event hosting, and close-up magic at weddings, corporate events, and private functions. Specific details of each service will be outlined during the booking process.
2. Bookings & Payments
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been provided by Chris Cullen. Full payment is required before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify Chris Cullen as soon as possible via email at magicandpunch@hotmail.co.uk.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit is refundable.

Cancellations within 30 days: deposit is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that Chris Cullen must cancel, a full refund of any deposit or payment made will be issued.
4. Performance Conditions
Clients must ensure that the performance space is safe and suitable for entertainment services. Any special requirements should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
5. Liability
Chris Cullen will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the performance, except in cases of proven negligence.
6. Use of Media
Chris Cullen reserves the right to use photographs or video footage taken during performances for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.
7. Privacy

8. Changes to Terms
Chris Cullen reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website.
